Can someone explain to me why Leica cameras have such
astronomical price tags? What do Leicas offer
photograhers that other brands do not? Do professional
photographers use Leicas in their work? I don't know
of any. Why would a serious photographer prefer a
Leica to a top-of-the-line Canon or Nikon? I have the
impression that Leica owners don't actually take
pictures with them but just collect them, as someone
might collect stamps or antique cars. True?
