• Directed operations of Medical Photography & Graphic Services in support of Texas Tech University, and the Texas Tech School of Medicine. Medical Photography provided services such as Film Processing, Lecture Presentation Creation, Slide Duplication, Printing of Color and Black & White Photographs, Computer Graphics, and General Photography. Also, the department created digital poster presentations for use in meetings, seminars, and displays.

• Directed Electron Microscopy Facility in support of clinical and research activities of Texas Tech University School of Medicine, and biopsy support of area hospitals. The facility provided TEM and SEM support, and X-Ray Micro-Analysis services, to all departments at Texas Tech and the Health Sciences Center.

• Initiated, planned, and completed acquisition of donated photographic processors and related equipment from NASA – Jet Propulsion Laboratories (JPL), estimated value of $300,000, at no cost to University other than transportation and installation of equipment. Arranged and received donations of new equipment from vendors, valued at $40,000.

• Upgraded facility to provide more digital and computer-generated graphics products and services.

• Directed 6 personnel.

OPERATIONS MANAGER
RMS Technologies, Inc., NASA Johnson Space Center, Houston, Texas

• Awarded $20 Million NASA Contract as result of new business proposal development activities.

• Directed Micrographics and Computer Operations in support of Space Shuttle Flight Operations.

• Directed Total Quality Management (TQM) programs to improve quality of products and services. Upgraded processing system, resulting in $21,000 annual cost savings, reduced product reject rate 90%, and increased product output 100%.

• Managed 35+ Personnel.
