Frontline support consists of rapid troubleshooting, problem solving and
problem escalation in production critical environment. Design test plans
and coordinate time schedules for testing in-house software. These plans
are developed on the Intranet web-site and used to train as well as provide
a standard testing procedure. Set-up and maintain 400 user accounts and
email aliases; backup/restore image files; install software. Support TSE
groups at the Paris and Florida studios in areas of specialization and
intersite issues.
