WAS MUHAMMAD REALLY ILLITERATE?

 Modern-day scholars of the Quran have begun accept the term "Gentile Prophet" as a more correct term for "Al Nabi Al Ummi," "The Illiterate Prophet" (Surat al-A'raf [The Heights] 7:158).
